ELECTRIC DOOR LATCH APPARATUS FOR VEHICLE
Disclosed is an electric door latch apparatus for a vehicle, capable of preventing overload caused by a repetitive motion of a motor and stably performing a child-lock function or a deadlock function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electric door latch apparatus for a vehicle includes: a catch part locking a door to a vehicle body by being hung on a striker mounted on the vehicle body or selectively unlocking the door from the vehicle body by being separated from the striker; a door locking and unlocking part locking the catch part to the striker or unlocking the catch part from the striker by applying torque to the catch part through a main motor; a master lock link selectively rotating the catch part; a key lever selectively limiting the rotation of the master lock link; an inside emergency lever selectively rotating the master lock link and rotated by an inside handle; a manual emergency door unlocking part moving according to the rotation of the inside emergency lever and selectively providing elastic power for the key lever; and an electric emergency door unlocking part selectively moving the key lever.
차량용 전동식 비상 도어 래치 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 차량용 전동식 도어 래치 장치는 차체에 장착된 스트라이커에 걸려서 도어를 상기 차체에 록킹시키거나, 또는 상기 스트라이커로부터 이탈되어 상기 도어를 상기 차체로부터 선택적으로 언록킹시키는 캐치 파트; 메인 모터를 통해 상기 캐치 파트에 회전력을 인가하여 상기 캐치 파트를 상기 스트라이커에 록킹시키거나 또는 언록킹시키는 도어 록킹 및 언록킹 파트; 상기 캐치 파트를 선택적으로 회전시키는 마스터 록 링크; 상기 마스터 록 링크의 회전을 선택적으로 제한하는 키 레버; 인사이드 핸들에 의해 회전되고, 상기 마스터 록 링크를 선택적으로 회전시키는 인사이드 비상 작동 레버; 상기 인사이드 비상 작동 레버의 회전에 따라 이동하고, 상기 키 레버에 선택적으로 탄성력을 제공하는 수동식 비상용 도어 언록킹 파트; 및 상기 키 레버를 선택적으로 이동시키는 전동식 비상용 도어 언록킹 파트를 포함할 수 있다.
