The present invention relates to architectural interior and exterior materials and a manufacturing and construction method thereof, which can provide an interior design effect, easy installation, and improved maintenance by using non-flammable metal materials such as metal, on the surface of which various images are printed, as interior materials. The present invention is to construct and install interior material to a frame installed vertically and horizontally in the ceiling. Durable eco-friendly ceramic-metal interior and exterior materials, which are made of metal or ceramic-metal, on the metal surface of which a ceramic layer is coated, have coupling holes formed at each edge to be installed to the frame provided in the ceiling through a coupling unit, and have various images printed on the surface thereof through UV printing, are constructed through the manufacturing and construction method comprising: inserting and fixing a female coupler of the coupling unit into a coupling hole punched in the ceiling frame; pressing an interior material panel toward a fitting protrusion of the female coupler coupled to the frame; and fixing the interior material panel by inserting a male coupler of the coupling unit into the coupling hole of the female coupler.
본 발명은 금속등의 불연성 소재를 표면에 다양한 그림을 인쇄하여 내장재로 사용함으로써, 실내인터리어 효과를 제공함과 아울러 시공이 간편하고 유지보수가 향상된 건축용 내.외장재 및 제작 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 천정에 가로 세로로 설치된 골조로 시공설치 하는 것으로, 금속 또는 금속 표면에 세라믹 층이 코팅된 세라믹-금속으로 이루어지며, 각 코너부분에는 체결유닛을 통해 천정에 구비된 골조로 설치할 수 있도록 체결공이 구비되고, 내장재의 표면에는 UV인쇄를 통한 다양한 그림이 인쇄된 내구성이 우수한 친환경 세라믹-금속 내장재를, 천정골조에 타공된 체결홀로 체결유닛의 암체결구를 삽입고정하는 단계와, 골조에 체결된 암체결구의 끼움돌부로 내장재 패널을 밀착하는 단계; 체결유닛의 숫체결구를 암체결구의 체결공으로 삽입시켜 내장재 패널을 고정하는 고정단계;를 거쳐 시공하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
