The present invention relates to a horizontal sliding window of a building into which rainwater can flow due to a coastal area and heavy rain, and, more specifically, to a horizontal sliding window for seawater and rainwater inflow prevention with an insulation function, capable of preventing the inflow of rainwater or seawater and having an insulation function by forming a step to make a difference between an indoor side and an outdoor side in a lower horizontal frame height of a window frame, wherein the horizontal sliding window includes: a lower horizontal frame of a window frame in which an indoor door rail and an indoor rail groove of a second frame are formed above an outdoor door rail and an outdoor rail groove of a first frame; a C-shaped insulation member connecting the second frame by dividing the indoor rail groove between a middle frame and the indoor door rail of the lower horizontal frame; a cover member installed with wind-breaking and insulation functions in a recess part on one side of upper and lower horizontal bars and left and right vertical bars of the door frame constituting the window; and a ring rib part opposed to one side of the door frame, having a finishing insulation bar individually installed on the outer surface of one side, and having left and right vertical bars with pin mohair installed on sides opposed to each other.
본 발명은 해안지역 및 폭우로 빗물이 유입될 수 있는 건축물의 미서기창호에 있어 창틀프레임의 하부수평프레임 높이를 실외측과 실내측이 서로 차이를 갖는 단차를 형성하여 빗물 또는 해수가 유입되는 것을 방지하고 단열기능을 갖도록 한 것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 제1프레임의 실외측도어레일 및 실외측레일홈 보다 제2프레임의 실내측도어레일 및 실내측레일홈이 더 높게 형성된 창틀프레임의 하부수평프레임과; 하부수평프레임의 미들프레임과 실내측도어레일 사이의 실내측레일홈을 분할하여 제2프레임을 연결한 C형단열부재와; 창문을 형성하는 도어프레임의 상 하부수평바와 좌우수직바의 일측 요홈부에 방풍과 단열기능을 갖도록 설치된 커버부재와; 도어프레임의 일측에 서로 대향되며 일측 외면에 마감단열바가 각각 설치되고, 서로 대향되는 측면에 핀모헤어가 설치된 좌우수직바으로 이루어진 고리살부;를 포함하는 단열기능을 갖는 해수 및 빗물유입방지용 미서기창호에 관한 것이다.
