STRENGTHEN STRUCTURE FOR MOUNTING HINGE ASSEMBLY OF DOOR CLOSER
In accordance with the present invention, a mounting reinforcement structure of a hinge assembly for a door closer is provided to easily reduce maintenance costs by easily maintaining a state, in which a hinge assembly for a panic bar or a door-embedded door closer is inserted and installed in a vertical bar of a door frame, for a longer time, wherein a hinge housing is inserted into the vertical bar of the door frame, a hinge member coupled in the hinge housing is connected to a link of the door closer, and a bracket installed on the outer surface of the hinge housing is coupled to the outer surface of the vertical bar of the door frame through a plurality of screws, wherein a reinforcer installation part is formed in the hinge housing, a reinforcer having a reinforcer screw hole is disposed in the reinforcer installation part of the hinge housing to be movable to the outside of the hinge housing, an elongated hole formed in an outward direction of the hinge housing is formed on the bracket, a reinforcer bolt inserted into the elongated hole of the bracket is coupled to the reinforcer screw hole of the reinforcer, and, in a state in which the hinge housing is inserted in the vertical bar of the door frame, the reinforcer bolt inserted in the elongated hole of the bracket is moved such that one side of the reinforcer comes in tight contact with the inner surface of the vertical bar of the door frame.
본 발명에 의한 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리의 마운팅보강구조는 패닉바용 또는 도어내장형 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리가 도어프레임의 세로대에 삽입 설치된 상태를 보다 오랫동안 용이하게 유지하게 하여 유지 보수 비용을 용이하게 절감하기 위하여, 도어프레임의 세로대에 힌지하우징이 삽입되고, 상기 힌지하우징 내에 결합되는 힌지부재가 도어클로저의 링크와 연결되며, 상기 힌지하우징의 외부면에 설치되는 브래킷이 도어프레임의 세로대 외부면에 다수의 나사못으로 결합되는 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리의 마운팅보강구조에 있어서, 힌지하우징에 보강편설치부가 형성되고, 보강편나사공을 구비한 보강편이 상기 힌지하우징의 외측으로 이동 가능하게 상기 힌지하우징의 보강편설치부에 배치되고, 상기 힌지하우징의 외측 방향으로 형성되는 장공이 브래킷에 형성되며, 상기 브래킷의 장공으로 삽입되는 보강편볼트가 상기 보강편의 보강편나사공에 체결되고, 상기 힌지하우징이 도어프레임의 세로대에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 브래킷의 장공으로 삽입되는 보강편볼트를 이동시켜서 상기 보강편의 일측면과 도어프레임의 세로대 내측면이 밀착되는 것으로 이루어진다.

In accordance with the present invention, a mounting reinforcement structure of a hinge assembly for a door closer is provided to easily reduce maintenance costs by easily maintaining a state, in which a hinge assembly for a panic bar or a door-embedded door closer is inserted and installed in a vertical bar of a door frame, for a longer time, wherein a hinge housing is inserted into the vertical bar of the door frame, a hinge member coupled in the hinge housing is connected to a link of the door closer, and a bracket installed on the outer surface of the hinge housing is coupled to the outer surface of the vertical bar of the door frame through a plurality of screws, wherein a reinforcer installation part is formed in the hinge housing, a reinforcer having a reinforcer screw hole is disposed in the reinforcer installation part of the hinge housing to be movable to the outside of the hinge housing, an elongated hole formed in an outward direction of the hinge housing is formed on the bracket, a reinforcer bolt inserted into the elongated hole of the bracket is coupled to the reinforcer screw hole of the reinforcer, and, in a state in which the hinge housing is inserted in the vertical bar of the door frame, the reinforcer bolt inserted in the elongated hole of the bracket is moved such that one side of the reinforcer comes in tight contact with the inner surface of the vertical bar of the door frame.
본 발명에 의한 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리의 마운팅보강구조는 패닉바용 또는 도어내장형 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리가 도어프레임의 세로대에 삽입 설치된 상태를 보다 오랫동안 용이하게 유지하게 하여 유지 보수 비용을 용이하게 절감하기 위하여, 도어프레임의 세로대에 힌지하우징이 삽입되고, 상기 힌지하우징 내에 결합되는 힌지부재가 도어클로저의 링크와 연결되며, 상기 힌지하우징의 외부면에 설치되는 브래킷이 도어프레임의 세로대 외부면에 다수의 나사못으로 결합되는 도어클로저용 힌지어셈블리의 마운팅보강구조에 있어서, 힌지하우징에 보강편설치부가 형성되고, 보강편나사공을 구비한 보강편이 상기 힌지하우징의 외측으로 이동 가능하게 상기 힌지하우징의 보강편설치부에 배치되고, 상기 힌지하우징의 외측 방향으로 형성되는 장공이 브래킷에 형성되며, 상기 브래킷의 장공으로 삽입되는 보강편볼트가 상기 보강편의 보강편나사공에 체결되고, 상기 힌지하우징이 도어프레임의 세로대에 삽입된 상태에서 상기 브래킷의 장공으로 삽입되는 보강편볼트를 이동시켜서 상기 보강편의 일측면과 도어프레임의 세로대 내측면이 밀착되는 것으로 이루어진다.
