The present invention relates to a bridge bearing replacement device which enables easy, efficient and accurate replacement of bridge bearings. The bridge bearing replacement device of the present invention comprises: a base plate disposed on an installation surface of a location where an existing bridge bearing has been removed to be replaced with a new bridge bearing; a horizontal reference base disposed to be spaced apart from the base plate in an upper area of the base plate and configured to be adjusted in horizontality based on the base plate; a plurality of horizontality adjusting members provided between the base plate and the horizontal reference base and configured to manually adjust the horizontality of the horizontal reference base with respect to the base plate; a relative movable base coupled to the horizontal reference base to be able to move relatively; an alignment unit connected to the horizontal reference base and the relative movable base, and aligning the position of the relative movable base with respect to the horizontal reference base; a bridge bearing support on which a new bridge bearing is supported; an up/down driving unit provided on the bridge bearing support and the relative movable base, and driving the bridge bearing support up/down with respect to the relative movable base; and a plurality of up/down movement guides connected to the bridge bearing support and the relative movable base outside the up/down driving unit and guiding the up/down movement of the bridge bearing support.
교량받침 교체장치에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명의 교량받침 교체장치는 새로운 교량받침으료 교체하기 위하여 기존 교량받침이 철거된 장소의 설치면에 배치되는 베이스 플레이트; 상기 베이스 플레이트의 상부 영역에 상기 베이스 플레이트와 이격 배치되며, 상기 베이스 플레이트를 기준으로 수평도가 조절되게 마련되는 수평 기준 베이스; 상기 베이스 플레이트와 상기 수평 기준 베이스 사이에 마련되며, 상기 베이스 플레이트에 대하여 상기 수평 기준 베이스의 수평도를 수동으로 조절하는 복수 개의 수평도 조절부재; 상기 수평 기준 베이스 상에 상대 이동 가능하게 결합하는 상대 이동 베이스; 상기 수평 기준 베이스와 상기 상대 이동 베이스에 연결되며, 상기 수평 기준 베이스에 대한 상기 상대 이동 베이스의 위치를 얼라인시키는 얼라인 유닛; 새로운 상기 교량받침이 지지되는 교량받침 지지대; 상기 교량받침 지지대와 상기 상대 이동 베이스에 마련되며, 상기 상대 이동 베이스에 대하여 상기 교량받침 지지대를 업/다운(up/down) 구동시키는 업/다운 구동부; 및 상기 업/다운 구동부의 외측에서 상기 교량받침 지지대와 상기 상대 이동 베이스에 연결되며, 상기 교량받침 지지대의 업/다운(up/down) 이동을 가이드하는 복수 개의 업/다운 이동 가이드를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a bridge bearing replacement device which enables easy, efficient and accurate replacement of bridge bearings.
