A soil retaining plate is disclosed. The soil retaining plate of the present invention is disposed between a pair of support pillars fixed to the ground to support an excavation surface of the ground, comprising: a rear plate part provided to face the excavation surface; upper and lower plate parts bent forward from the top and bottom of the rear plate part, respectively; an upper front plate part bent in the downward and upward directions at ends of the upper and lower plate parts, respectively; and a lower front plate part. The soil retaining plate comprises: an upper locking part connected to an end of the upper front plate part in a bent form; and a lower locking part connected to an end of the lower front plate part in a bent form and provided to be locked between the upper locking part. The soil retaining plate has a ring-shaped sealing structure so that an inner soil retaining plate groove is laterally exposed to the outside by the rear plate part, the upper surface plate part, the lower plate part, the upper front plate part, the lower front plate part, the upper locking part, and the lower locking part. According to the present invention, a ring locking structure between the upper locking part and the lower locking part is applied to the soil retaining plate. Since the soil retaining plate is continuously formed by a roll forming machine with the upper and lower locking parts locked between each other, productivity can be improved by easily manufacturing a closed type soil retaining plate with a closed cut-section.
토류판이 개시된다. 본 발명의 토류판은, 지반에 고정되는 한 쌍의 버팀기둥 사이에 배치되어 지반의 굴착면을 지지하는 것으로서, 상기 굴착면과 마주하도록 마련되는 후면판부와, 상기 후면판부의 상단 및 하단에서 각각 전방으로 절곡되는 상면판부 및 하면판부와, 상기 상면판부와 상기 하면판부의 단부에서 각각 하측방향과 상측방향으로 절곡되는 상부 전면판부 및 하부 전면판부를 갖는 토류판으로서, 상기 상부 전면판부의 단부에 절곡된 형태로 연결되는 상부 걸림부; 및 상기 하부 전면판부의 단부에 절곡된 형태로 연결되며, 상기 상부 걸림부와의 사이에 걸림이 이루어지도록 마련되는 하부 걸림부를 포함하고, 상기 후면판부, 상기 상면판부, 상기 하면판부, 상기 상부 전면판부, 상기 하부 전면판부, 상기 상부 걸림부 및 상기 하부 걸림부에 의해 내측 토류판홈이 측방향으로 외부에 노출되도록 않도록 링 형상의 밀폐 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 토류판에 상부 걸림부, 하부 걸림부 사이의 고리 걸림구조가 적용되고, 토류판이 상부 걸림부와 하부 걸림부가 서로간에 걸림된 상태로 롤 포밍기에 의해 연속적으로 성형됨으로써, 폐쇄된 폐단면(closed cut-section)을 갖는 폐쇄 타입의 토류판을 용이하게 제조하여 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다.

A soil retaining plate is disclosed.
