TOOL FOR DISASEMBLING ALUMIUM SLAB FORM
The present invention relates to a tool used to disassemble a slab mold supporting the bottom of a slab upon the completion of concrete curing during slab construction for a building. In accordance with the present invention, the tool for disassembling an aluminum form slab includes a handle rod, and a tool head coupled to one end of the handle rod, wherein the tool head includes: a connection part coupled to one end of the handle rod; a first hook extended to one side of the connection part to be engaged with a fixture coupling pin of a slab panel beam; a second hook extended to the other side of connection part to be inserted into a pin hole for connection of a soffit length; and a support extended from the connection part to an upper side of the second hook to support the tool head when a load is exerted through the first and second hooks. In accordance with the present invention, during a work procedure of separating a slab panel assembly from an adhesion surface with slab concrete when the slab panel assembly is dropped down through a drop-down method of an aluminum form slab panel, in a state in which the support is in contact with the bottom of a prop head in a state in which the first hook is hooked to a fixing pin of the slab panel beam, the slab panel assembly can be easily separated by the operation of the handle rod using the principle of the lever.
본 발명은 건축물의 슬라브 시공 시에 콘크리트의 양생이 완료되어 슬라브 저면을 지지하고 있던 슬라브 거푸집을 해체하는데 사용되는 공구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알폼 슬라브 거푸집 해체용 공구 손잡이 로드와, 상기 손잡이 로드의 일단부에 결합된 툴 헤드로 이루어지며, 이때 상기 툴 헤드는 상기 손잡이 로드의 일단부에 결합되는 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 일측으로 연장되어 슬라브 패널빔의 고정편 체결 핀에 걸리는 제1 걸고리편과, 상기 연결부의 타측으로 연장되어 소피트 랭스의 연결용 핀홀에 삽입되는 제2 걸고리편과, 상기 연결부로부터 상기 제2 걸고리편의 위쪽에 연장되어 상기 제1 및 제2 걸고리편을 통한 하중의 작용시에 툴 헤드의 지지가 이루어지도록 하는 받침편을 포함하여 이루어진다. 본 발명은 알폼 슬라브 패널의 드롭 다운 방식을 통한 슬라브 패널 조립체의 드롭 다운시에 슬라브 패널 조립체를 슬라브 콘크리트와의 접착면으로부터 분리시키는 작업시에 제1 걸고리편을 슬라브 패널빔의 고정핀에 후킹한 상태에서 받침편을 프롭헤드의 저면에 접촉시킨 상태에서 지렛대 원리를 이용한 손잡이 로드의 조작으로 손쉽게 슬라브 패널 조립체의 분리가 이루어지게 된다.

The present invention relates to a tool used to disassemble a slab mold supporting the bottom of a slab upon the completion of concrete curing during slab construction for a building. In accordance with the present invention, the tool for disassembling an aluminum form slab includes a handle rod, and a tool head coupled to one end of the handle rod, wherein the tool head includes: a connection part coupled to one end of the handle rod; a first hook extended to one side of the connection part to be engaged with a fixture coupling pin of a slab panel beam; a second hook extended to the other side of connection part to be inserted into a pin hole for connection of a soffit length; and a support extended from the connection part to an upper side of the second hook to support the tool head when a load is exerted through the first and second hooks. In accordance with the present invention, during a work procedure of separating a slab panel assembly from an adhesion surface with slab concrete when the slab panel assembly is dropped down through a drop-down method of an aluminum form slab panel, in a state in which the support is in contact with the bottom of a prop head in a state in which the first hook is hooked to a fixing pin of the slab panel beam, the slab panel assembly can be easily separated by the operation of the handle rod using the principle of the lever.
