The present invention relates to a home appliance which comprises: a cabinet having a storage space; and a door including a door body opening/closing the storage space, and a panel assembly mounted on the door body. The panel assembly includes: a panel forming the exterior of a front surface of the door, and penetrated by light; a light guide plate arranged on a rear side of the panel, and guiding the light to the panel; a light apparatus irradiating light to an end unit of the light guide plate, and making the panel shine in a preset color; an upper bracket supporting the panel from an upper side; and a lower bracket supporting the panel from a lower side. The upper bracket and the lower bracket respectively have a blocking unit extended to pass by an end unit of the panel and blocking the light irradiated from a rear side from passing through the part between the end unit of the panel and the upper bracket and the lower bracket. Therefore, exterior quality can be improved.
본 발명은 가전 기기에 관한 것으로, 저장 공간이 형성된 캐비닛; 및 상기 저장 공간을 개폐하는 도어 바디와, 상기 도어 바디에 장착되는 패널 어셈블리를 포함하는 도어;를 포함하며, 상기 패널 어셈블리는, 상기 도어의 전면 외관을 형성하며, 빛이 투과되는 패널; 상기 패널의 후방에 배치되며, 상기 패널을 향하여 빛을 안내하는 도광판; 상기 도광판의 단부를 향하여 빛을 조사하며, 상기 패널이 설정된 색상으로 빛나도록 하는 라이트 장치; 상기 패널을 상방에서 지지하는 어퍼 브라켓; 상기 패널을 하방에서 지지하는 로어 브라켓;을 포함하며, 상기 어퍼 브라켓 및 로어 브라켓에는 상기 패널의 단부를 지나도록 연장되어, 후방에서 조사되는 빛이 상기 패널의 단부와 상기 어퍼 브라켓 및 로어 브라켓 사이를 통과하는 것을 차단하는 차단부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
