WIRES REINFORCED CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING AMORPHOUS METAL
The present invention relates to technology on an amorphous metal wire-reinforced concrete composition and, more specifically, to an amorphous metal wire-reinforced concrete composition having a reduced weight, improved tensile strength, and flexural strength while having the excellent binding force to concrete, and having excellent anti-corrosion and electromagnetic wave/radiation-shielding effects. The present invention provides the amorphous metal wire-reinforced concrete composition comprising water, cement, an aggregate, and a water-reducing agent, wherein 0.02-3 parts by weight of a metal wire is included based on 100 parts by weight of the composition, and the metal wire is amorphous. The present invention provides an amorphous metal wire-reinforced concrete composition having improved tensile strength and flexural strength and a reduced weight using metal wires as a reinforcement material, having the excellent binding force to concrete through the shape deformation and the inorganic component-coating of the structure or surface of the metal wire, and having excellent anti-corrosion and electromagnetic wave/radiation-shielding effects through the alloy composition of the amorphous metal wire, thereby being applicable to concrete structures for various purposes such as a structure exposed to seawater, a structure requiring acid resistance and durability, various kinds of buildings with a high risk of vulnerable portions, etc.
본 발명은 비정질 금속 와이어 보강 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 기술로, 보다 상세하게는 무게를 경량화함과 더불어, 콘크리트와의 결합력이 우수하면서도 인장강도 및 휨강도가 향상되고, 부식방지, 전자파 및 방사선 차폐 효과가 우수한 비정질 금속 와이어 보강 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 물, 시멘트, 골재 및 감수제를 포함하는 콘크리트 조성물에 있어서, 금속 와이어를 전체 조성물 100 중량부를 기준으로 0.02 내지 3 중량부로 포함하고, 상기 금속 와이어는 비정질인 것을 특징으로 하는 비정질 금속 와이어 보강 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 비정질 금속 와이어 보강 콘크리트 조성물은 금속 와이어를 보강재로 활용하여 인장강도 및 휨강도가 향상되고 콘크리트 구조물의 무게를 경량화함과 더불어, 금속 와이어의 구조나 표면의 형상 변형 및 무기성분 코팅을 통하여 콘크리트와의 결합력이 우수하고, 비정질 금속 와이어의 합금 조성을 통해 부식방지, 전자파 및 방사선 차폐 효과가 우수하여, 해수에 노출되는 구조물, 내산성 및 내구성이 요구되는 구조물, 취약부위의 위험성이 높은 각종 건축물 등 다양한 용도의 콘크리트 구조물에 적용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
