Rentable camper-linked residential facilities
Temporary residential real estate is built by combining real estate which is not a residential space and an operation which is a residential space. The present invention provides a movable residential facility. The residential facility is movable. The supply of electricity, water supply, sewage, and a septic tank can be connected to the residential facility in real estate which is a minimal residential space. A parking lot and the residential facility are linked. A rental reservation is made through a reservation server by a mobile phone application. Reservation results are recorded in a blockchain. Rental real estate available for reservation is disclosed. A user can rent real estate at a desired location to use the real estate as if the real estate is owned by the user even if the user does not own the real estate. A locking device is unlocked by a mobile phone application when a user with a reservation approaches.
주거 공간이 아닌 부동산과 주거 공간인 동작을 결합하여 한시적인 주거 부동산을 구성한다. 본 발명은 이동 가능한 거주 시설에있어서: 거주 시설이 이동 가능하고; 최소의 거주 공간인 부동산에서 전기의 공급, 급수, 하수, 정화조를 이동 가능한 거주시설에 연결이 가능하고; 주차장과 거주 시설이 연계된다. 임대 예약은 휴대폰 앱으로 예약 서버를 통해 이루어진다. 예약 결과는 블록체인으로 기록된다. 예약 가능한 임대 부동산은 공개된다. 부동산 소유자가 아니라도 원하는 장소의 부동산을 임대하여 소유 부동산처럼 사용 할 수 있다. 예약 된 사용자가 접근하면 휴대폰 앱으로 잠금장치를 해제한다.
