The present invention relates to an expandable mobile house which comprises: a floor assembly (500) forming a floor surface; a first side surface assembly (100) assembled with the floor assembly (500) and having a door (10) installed; a second side surface assembly (200) assembled with the floor assembly (500) and arranged to face the first side surface assembly (200); a third side surface assembly (300) assembled with the floor assembly (500) and connecting the first side surface assembly (100) and the second side surface assembly (200); a fourth side surface assembly (400) assembled with the floor assembly (500), arranged to face the third side surface assembly (300), and connecting the first side surface assembly (100) and the second side surface assembly (200); and a roof assembly (600) supported by two or more of the first side surface assembly (100), the second side surface assembly (200), the third side surface assembly (300), and the fourth side surface assembly (400). Therefore, a user can conveniently expand a residential space.
