Modular housing with foundation support structure
The present invention relates to a modular house with a foundation support structure, which comprises: a modular house body which provides a living space; and a foundation support structure which is coupled to a lower part of the modular house body and supports the modular house body. The modular house body includes: a rectangular foundation panel which is installed at a predetermined distance from an upper surface of the foundation support structure; an outer wall panel which is a rectangular panel to separate the interior living space of the modular house and the outside, wherein the outer wall panel is installed perpendicularly to the upper surface of the foundation support structure; an internal partition panel which is a rectangular panel erected to partition the interior living space and is installed perpendicularly to the upper surface of the foundation support structure in a space inside an outer wall; a plurality of beams which support the modular house body on the foundation support structure so that the modular house body is in contact with the foundation support structure and separates the modular house body from the foundation support structure; and a plurality of flat bars coupled between the plurality of beams to support the foundation panel. The foundation surface of the foundation panel of the modular house body is placed on the upper surface of the flat bar, and the indoor foundation of a living space of a temporary manufactured house is spaced at a predetermined distance from the upper surface of the foundation support structure. The present invention can reduce the time required for foundation pouring work.
바닥 지지 구조물을 갖는 모듈러 주택에 관한 것으로, 모듈러 주택은 주거공간을 제공하는 모듈러 주택 본체; 모듈러 주택 본체의 하부에 결합되어 모듈러 주택 본체를 지지하는 바닥 지지 구조물;을 포함하고, 모듈러 주택 본체는 직사각형 형태의 패널로서, 상기 바닥 지지 구조물의 상면으로부터 소정의 간격만큼 이격되어 설치되는 바닥패널, 모듈러 주택의 내부 생활공간과 외부를 분리하기 위한 직사각형 형태의 패널로서, 상기 바닥 지지 구조물의 상면에 수직하게 설치되는 외벽패널, 내부 생활공간을 구획하기 위하여 세워지는 직사각형 형태의 패널로서 상기 외벽 안쪽 공간에 상기 바닥 지지 구조물의 상면에 수직하게 설치되는 내부 격벽 패널, 모듈러 주택 본체가 바닥 지지 구조물과 맞닿고 모듈러 주택 본체를 바닥지지 구조물로부터 이격시키도록 모듈러 주택 본체를 바닥지지 구조물 상에서 지지하는 복수 개의 형강, 바닥 패널을 지지하기 위하여 복수 개의 형강의 사이에 결합되는 복수 개의 평강 및 모듈러 주택 본체의 바닥 패널의 바닥면이 평강 상면에 배치되어, 임시조립주택의 주거공간의 실내 바닥이 바닥 지지 구조물의 상면과의 소정의 간격으로 이격된 것을 특징으로 한다.
