The present invention relates to a foldable length adjusting device, wherein a locking projection fixing body is installed to be slidable along the inside of an extension tube body, so that the installation of a locking projection on the extension tube body can be easily performed with a simple operation. To this end, the foldable length adjusting device comprises a main tube body, the extension tube body, and a length adjusting member, and the length adjusting member includes the locking projection and the locking projection fixing body.
