Mounting structure for fixing member of bracket for hydraulic breaker
According to the present invention, an installation structure for a fixing member for a bracket for a hydraulic breaker including a breaker main body with a rising/falling piston installed inside, a bracket surrounding two or more surfaces of side surfaces of the breaker main body, an upper damper supporting the upper side of the breaker main body, and a lower damper supporting the lower side of the breaker main body comprises supporters and a fixing member. The supporters are respectively arranged on both sides of a main body protrusion unit protruding from a side surface of the breaker main body on an inner surface of the bracket. The fixing member is located between a side surface of the breaker main body and the supporters, and is prevented from deviating and rotating by the supporters and the main body protrusion unit while being assembled on the supporters. Therefore, defective factors can be reduced.
본 발명에 따른 유압브레이커용 브라켓의 고정부재 설치구조는 내부에 승강 운동하는 피스톤이 설치된 브레이커 본체와, 브레이커 본체 측면 중 적어도 2면 이상을 감싸는 브라켓과, 브레이커 본체 상부를 지지하는 상부 댐퍼, 및 브레이커 본체 하부를 지지하는 하부 댐퍼를 포함하는 유압브레이커의 브라켓 구조에 있어서, 지지체, 및 고정부재를 포함한다. 지지체는 브라켓 안쪽면에 브레이커 본체 측면으로부터 돌출된 본체 돌출부의 양쪽 옆에 각각 마련된다. 고정부재는 브레이커 본체 측면과 지지체 사이에 위치되어 지지체에 조립된 상태로 지지체와 본체 돌출부에 의해 이탈 및 회전이 방지된다.

본 발명에 따른 유압브레이커용 브라켓의 고정부재 설치구조는 내부에 승강 운동하는 피스톤이 설치된 브레이커 본체와, 브레이커 본체 측면 중 적어도 2면 이상을 감싸는 브라켓과, 브레이커 본체 상부를 지지하는 상부 댐퍼, 및 브레이커 본체 하부를 지지하는 하부 댐퍼를 포함하는 유압브레이커의 브라켓 구조에 있어서, 지지체, 및 고정부재를 포함한다. 지지체는 브라켓 안쪽면에 브레이커 본체 측면으로부터 돌출된 본체 돌출부의 양쪽 옆에 각각 마련된다. 고정부재는 브레이커 본체 측면과 지지체 사이에 위치되어 지지체에 조립된 상태로 지지체와 본체 돌출부에 의해 이탈 및 회전이 방지된다.
