The present invention relates to a road stud having a light emitting body. The road stud having a light emitting body is configured to: be fixed by soldering to the bottom through an L-type fixing terminal of a battery partially protruding upward through a groove of a printed circuit board, so that the stud is not disconnected even by impacts; allow a ring-shaped packing to be inserted into a packing groove of a lower holder on which the battery is seated, form a plurality of hooking protrusions to be hooked and then be tightly coupled to a hooking bump of an upper holder, and allow light to be transmitted to a solar panel through a transparent unit of the upper holder; form a plurality of bolt holes in an outer circumferential surface of a lower fixing body, in which a cylindrical protrusion part of the lower holder is hooked and supported to a cylindrical step, while equally forming bolt holes in an upper fixing body to tightly couple the upper fixing body, the upper holder, and the lower fixing body with bolts; and couple a terminal of an LED that has passed through an inclination hole of an LED fixing tool to an LED coupling unit formed on the printed circuit board from the bottom by soldering, so that the LED emits light while maintaining an inclination angle and thus enables drivers of vehicles to easily distinguish.
본 발명은 발광체를 구비한 도로표지병에 관한 것으로, 인쇄회로기판의 홈을 통해 상부로 일부가 돌출되는 배터리의 "ㄴ"형 고정단자를 통해 저면에 납땜으로 고정시켜 충격에도 단선되지 않도록 하고, 상기의 배터리가 안착되는 하부홀더의 패킹홈에는 링형 패킹이 끼워지도록 하면서 외부에 다수의 걸림돌기를 형성하여 상부홀더의 걸림턱에 걸려 긴밀하게 결합되는 동시에 상부홀더의 투명부를 통하여 태양광 패널에 빛이 전달되도록 하고, 상기 하부홀더의 원주형 돌출부가 원주형 단턱에 걸려 지지되는 하부고정체의 외주면에 다수의 볼트공을 형성하면서 상기 상부홀더의 외주면에 얹혀지는 상부고정체에도 동일하게 볼트공을 형성하여 볼트로 상부고정체와 상부홀더 및 하부고정체를 긴밀하게 결합하도록 하고, 상기 인쇄회로기판에 형성한 LED 결합부에는 LED고정구의 경사공을 통과한 LED의 단자를 저면에서 납땜으로 결합하도록 하여 LED의 불빛이 경사각을 유지하는 중에 발광하면서 차량의 운전자들이 용이하게 식별할 수 있도록 구성한 것이다.
