The present invention provides an intelligent fire shutter, comprising: a shutter frame installed inside a building and forming an entrance; a shutter part that opens and closes the entrance through a shutter plate that can be raised and lowered on the shutter frame; a detection sensor part provided on an upper part of the shutter frame to detect the entrance and a surrounding area; and a control part that controls the operation of the shutter unit in conjunction with the detection sensor part and generates an alarm when an obstacle is detected at the entrance and the surrounding area by the detection sensor part, thereby capable of alerting people or managers who place objects around the entrance.
본 발명은 건물 내부에 설치되고, 출입구를 형성하는 셔터프레임, 셔터프레임에서 승강 가능하게 구비되는 셔터판을 통해 출입구를 개폐하는 셔터부, 셔터프레임의 상부에 구비되어, 출입구와 그 주변 영역을 감지하는 감지센서부, 감지센서부와 연동하여 셔터부의 구동을 제어하고, 감지센서부에 의해 출입구 및 그 주변 영역에 장애물이 감지되는 경우 경보를 발생시키는 제어부를 포함하는 지능형 방화 셔터를 제공한다.
