Fire prevention type fire door for ships
The present invention relates to a fire spread prevention-type fire door for a vessel capable of preventing a fire occurring in each compartment from spreading to another compartment by preventing a thermal deformation of each compartment fire door or a leak of smoke and harmful gas, in case of a fire in a vessel. In accordance with the present invention, the fire spread prevention type fire door for a vessel, which is provided with a fire door and a doorframe, includes: a fire door enabling a chamber provided in the doorframe to be opened and closed with a cover frame on one side; a refrigerant inlet nozzle and a refrigerant outlet nozzle formed in lower and upper parts of one side of the fire door, respectively, to communicate with the chamber; a doorframe attached to an opening of a wall to support the fire door; and a heat recovery part allowing a refrigerant to pass through a heat absorption pipe body embedded in the chamber by connecting both ends of the heat absorption pipe body to the refrigerant inlet nozzle and the refrigerant outlet nozzle, wherein the heat recovery part can prevent a temperature rise of the fire door by causing the refrigerant provided from the refrigerant supply means to absorb and cool the heat applied to the fire door while flowing in the heat absorption pipe body through the refrigerant inlet nozzle and then discharging the refrigerant through the refrigerant outlet nozzle.
본 발명은 선박의 화재 확산방지형 방화문에 관한 것으로, 선박 화재 발생시, 각 격실 방화문이 열로 인한 변형이나 연기 및 유해가스 등의 누설을 방지하여 각 격실에서 발생한 화재가 다른 격실로 확산되지 않도록 차단할 수 있다. 본 발명의 방화문 및 문틀프레임을 갖춘 선박의 화재 확산방지형 방화문은, 방화문 및 문틀프레임을 갖춘 것으로, 도어프레임 내측에 마련된 챔버가 일측 커버프레임으로 개폐 가능한 방화문; 상기 방화문의 일측면 저부 및 상부에 각각 형성되어 상기 챔버와 연통하는 냉매 입구노즐 및 냉매 출구노즐; 벽체 개구부에 부착되어 상기 방화문을 지지하는 문틀프레임; 상기 챔버에 내장되는 흡열관체의 양측 단부가 상기 냉매 입구노즐 및 냉매 출구노즐에 연결되어 상기 흡열관체를 통해 냉매(冷媒)가 통과하게 되는 열회수부를 포함하고, 상기 열회수부는 화재 발생시, 냉매공급수단으로부터 제공되는 냉매(冷媒)가 상기 냉매 입구노즐을 통해 상기 흡열관체로 흐르면서 상기 방화문에 가해지는 열(烈)을 흡수 및 냉각작용한 후 상기 냉매 출구노즐을 통해 배출되어져 상기 방화문의 온도 상승을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
