The present disclosure relates to a concrete compacting screed with a foldable handle, capable of finishing the surface of concrete, supplied to a placement place by a concrete mixer truck, to be smooth by using vibrations from a screed. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the concrete compacting screed with a foldable handle includes: a blade applied to the concrete compacting screed with a foldable handle, and provided to compact the surface of placed concrete to be flat; a vibrator housing mounted on the upper surface of the blade, and generating vibrations to the blade through a vibration part connected to a drive motor; a joint connection bracket for connecting a first frame having a lower end connected to the vibration housing, with a second frame with a handle formed at an upper end; and an angle adjustor formed on the joint connection bracket, and variably adjusting the height of the handle through an angle adjustment of the second frame relative to the first frame.
