Noise prevention floor structure
The present invention relates to a floor construction structure for floor noise prevention and, more specifically, to a floor construction structure for floor noise prevention, capable of mitigating floor noise as well as enabling convenient floor construction and easy maintenance by constructing light aerated concrete, a floor sound insulator, cement mortar and a designated floor above a foundation floor layer. In accordance with the present invention, the floor construction structure includes: a heat insulation part maintaining heat insulation formed by laying a light aerated concrete layer above a concrete slab foundation floor layer; a soundproof part blocking noise by forming a floor sound insulator, which has semicircular grooves formed in a grid on the upper surface thereof and has a separation protrusion and a separation groove repeatedly formed on the lower surface thereof, above the light aerated concrete layer of the heat insulation part; a heating part installed with the bottom of a heating pipe inserted into the semicircular grooves above the floor sound insulator of the soundproof part and laying a finishing mortar layer above the heating pipe; and a finishing part forming a designated floor above the finishing mortar layer of the heating part.
본 발명은 층간소음 방지를 위한 바닥시공구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 기초바닥층 상측에 경량기포콘크리트와 층간차음재 및 시멘트 모르타르와 지정마루를 시공하여 층간소음을 저감시킴은 물론 바닥시공을 편리하게 하고 유지보수를 용이하게 할 수 있는 층간소음 방지를 위한 바닥시공구조에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 콘크리트 슬라브 기초바닥층의 상측에 경량기포콘크리트층을 포설하여 형성한 단열을 유지하는 단열부와, 상기 단열부의 경량기포콘크리트층 상측으로 상측면에 반원홈을 격자로 형성하고 저면에는 이격돌기와 이격홈을 반복적으로 형성한 층간차음재를 형성하여 소음을 차단하는 방음부와, 상기 방음부의 층간차음재 상측의 반원홈에 난방배관 저면을 삽입 설치하고 상기 난방배관 상측으로 마감모르타르층을 포설하는 난방부와, 상기 난방부의 마감모르타르층의 상측에 지정마루를 형성하는 마감부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
