HOLD UP CHANNEL OF MESH TYPE CABLE TRAY FOR ACCESS FLOOR
The present invention relates to a support channel of a mesh-type cable tray for double floor materials, which may be installed simply and quickly on a support stand for forming the double floor materials and thus greatly reduce a construction period, and facilitate a layout change according to safety problem improvement, efficiency work environment development, and learning environment changes and thus facilitate effective and economical maintenance of various systems. The support channel of a mesh-type cable tray for double floor materials according to the present invention comprises: a fixing unit body (11) which has a mounting unit (13) having one side surface cut in a square pillar shape having a hollow therein to form an accommodation unit (12) and having an end rounded inward in a cut longitudinal direction; and fixing brackets (20 and 25) which are attached and fixed to both ends in a longitudinal direction of the fixing unit body (11), respectively. The fixing brackets (20 and 25) comprise: channel attachment units (21 and 26) which are attached and fixed to the end of the fixing unit body (11); and fixing units (23 and 28) which are curved perpendicular to the channel attachment units (21 and 26) and orthogonal to a surface forming the mounting unit (13) of the fixing unit body (11), and are formed with U-bolt insertion holes (24 and 29) to enable a U-bolt to be inserted.
본 고안은 이중바닥재를 구성하기 위한 지주대에 간편하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있도록 하여 공사기간을 대폭 절 감할 수 있고, 안전상의 문제점 개선과 능률적인 사무환경조성 및 학습환경 변화에 따른 레이아웃 변경이 용이하 여, 각종 시스템의 유지보수가 경제적이며 효과적인 이중바닥재용 메시형 케이블트레이 지지찬넬에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 의한 이중바닥재용 메시형 케이블트레이 지지찬넬은, 내부가 중공되어 수용부(12)를 형성하는 사각기 둥 형상으로 일측면이 절개되고 절개된 길이방향의 단부가 내측으로 라운딩된 안착부(13)를 형성한 고정부몸체 (11)와, 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 길이 방향의 양단에 각각 부착되어 고정되는 고정브라켓(20, 25)을 포함하고, 상 기 고정브라켓(20, 25)은 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 단부에 부착되어 고정되는 찬넬부착부(21, 26)와, 상기 찬넬부 착부(21, 26)로부터 직각되고 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 안착부(13)를 형성한 면과 직교되게 절곡되어 유(U)볼트가 삽입될 수 있도록 유볼트 삽입구(24, 29)가 형성된 고정부(23, 28)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

본 고안은 이중바닥재를 구성하기 위한 지주대에 간편하고 신속하게 설치할 수 있도록 하여 공사기간을 대폭 절 감할 수 있고, 안전상의 문제점 개선과 능률적인 사무환경조성 및 학습환경 변화에 따른 레이아웃 변경이 용이하 여, 각종 시스템의 유지보수가 경제적이며 효과적인 이중바닥재용 메시형 케이블트레이 지지찬넬에 관한 것이다. 본 고안에 의한 이중바닥재용 메시형 케이블트레이 지지찬넬은, 내부가 중공되어 수용부(12)를 형성하는 사각기 둥 형상으로 일측면이 절개되고 절개된 길이방향의 단부가 내측으로 라운딩된 안착부(13)를 형성한 고정부몸체 (11)와, 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 길이 방향의 양단에 각각 부착되어 고정되는 고정브라켓(20, 25)을 포함하고, 상 기 고정브라켓(20, 25)은 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 단부에 부착되어 고정되는 찬넬부착부(21, 26)와, 상기 찬넬부 착부(21, 26)로부터 직각되고 상기 고정부몸체(11)의 안착부(13)를 형성한 면과 직교되게 절곡되어 유(U)볼트가 삽입될 수 있도록 유볼트 삽입구(24, 29)가 형성된 고정부(23, 28)를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
