Building exterior material having a fixed unit device
The present invention is to provide an exterior material for a building having a fixed unit device, allowing construction of an insulation panel with a unit device attached to a roof floor or exterior wall of a building. When constructing insulation panels, construction is done using a rivet gun. Immediate construction is possible even without separate rivet nails. Thus, it is possible to reduce the number of workers required to install insulation panels, and constructability and work convenience can be maximized. The exterior material for buildings having fixed unit devices comprises a plurality of building exterior materials; a base panel; and a fixed unit member.
본 발명은 건축물의 옥상 바닥이나 외벽면에 유닛장치를 부착한 상태에서 단열패널의 시공이 이루어지도록 하고, 단열패널의 시공시 리벳건을 통해 시공이 이루어지되, 별도의 리벳못을 구비하지 않더라도 즉각적인 시공이 가능함에 따라 단열패널들의 시공을 위한 작업공수를 줄일 수 있어 시공성 및 작업 편의성을 극대화시킬 수 있는 고정 유닛장치를 구비하는 건축물용 외장재를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
