ONDOL PANEL SET FOR AIR CIRCULATION BOILER AND ONDOL CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THEM
The present invention relates to a floor heating system panel set for an air circulation boiler and a construction method for a floor heating system using the same. The floor heating system panel set for an air circulation boiler enables heating by circulating hot air in which air is heated, by being installed as a prefabricated type on a floor of a room. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the floor heating system includes: a lower floor heating system panel formed of a heat storage material and having a flow path of a groove shape with an open upper surface; an upper floor heating system panel emitting stored heat to the upper surface while closing the upper surface of the flow path by being attached to the upper surface of the lower floor heating system panel; a serial flow path connector connecting a hot air inlet and a hot air outlet to prevent the passing hot air from leaking, by being interposed between the hot air inlet and the hot air outlet between adjacent unit flow path panels when a unit floor heating system panel comprising the lower floor heating system panel and the upper floor heating system is assembled to the adjacent unit flow path panel; a U-shaped flow path connector installed to connect the hot air outlet and the hot air inlet to prevent the hot air from leaking by being interposed between the hot air outlet of the unit floor heating system panel, which is arranged at an edge of the unit floor heating system panels assembled in a row, and the hot air inlet of the unit floor heating system panel arranged at the edge of the unit floor heating system panels assembled in the next row; and a heater member including a main heater generating the hot air, an air blower blowing the generated hot air, a hot air blow port discharging the hot air to the floor heating system panel, and a hot air intake port through which the hot air returned by circulating from the floor heating system panel flows therein. The floor heating system panel set for an air circulation boiler enables a user to simply and rapidly construct a hot air circulation-type floor heating system.
본 발명은 방바닥에 조립식으로 설치하여 공기를 가열한 열공기를 순환시켜 난방을 가능하게 하는 공기순환보일러용 온돌패널 셋트 및 이를 이용한 온돌 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 구현하기 위한 본 발명은, 축열재로 이루어지고, 상면이 개방된 홈 형태의 유로가 형성된 하부 온돌패널;과 상기 하부 온돌패널의 상면에 부착되어 상기 유로의 상면을 폐쇄하면서 축열된 열을 상면으로 발산하는 상부 온돌패널; 상기 하부 온돌패널과 상기 상부 온돌패널에 의해 형성되는 단위 온돌패널을 인접 단위 유로패널과 조립시 인접되는 단위 유로패널간 열공기 입구와 출구에 개재되어 통과되는 열공기가 누출되지 않게 연통시키는 직렬 유로연결구; 일렬로 조립된 단위 온돌패널들의 가장자리에 배치되는 단위 온돌패널의 열공기 출구와 다음 일렬로 조립된 단위 온돌패널들의 가장자리에 배치되는 단위 온돌패널의 열공기 입구 사이에 개재되어 열공기가 누출되지 않게 연통되도록 설치되는 U형 유로연결구; 그리고 열공기를 생성하는 메인 히터와 생성된 열공기를 송출하는 송풍기 그리고 상기 온돌패널측으로 열공기를 토출하는 열공기 송출구와 상기 온돌패널측에서 순환되어 돌아오는 열공기가 들어오는 열공기 환입구를 구비하고 있는 히터부재;를 포함하여 이루어져 있다.

The present invention relates to a floor heating system panel set for an air circulation boiler and a construction method for a floor heating system using the same. The floor heating system panel set for an air circulation boiler enables heating by circulating hot air in which air is heated, by being installed as a prefabricated type on a floor of a room.
