The present invention provides a safety railing in which a coupling pin having a wedge-shaped projection is installed to protrude from the lower part of a lifting tightening shaft which is closely supported on one surface of a horizontal member of a steel beam, so that the coupling pin engages with the upper surface of the horizontal member of the steel beam along with a pressing piece, thereby prevent the deformation of the safety railing due to twisting of a coupling body part.
본 발명은, 철골빔의 수평부재의 일면에 밀착 지지되는 승강조임축의 하부에 쐐기형 돌기부를 가지는 결합핀을 돌출 설치하여 누름편과 더불어 철골빔의 수평부재의 상면에 물림 결합되도록 하여 결합몸체부위의 비틀림으로 인한 안전 난간대의 변형을 방지할 수 있는, 안전 난간대를 제공한다.
