The present invention relates to a capping panel and a capping device using the same, and more specifically, to a capping panel and a capping device using the same, which are installed on the railing on the rooftop of a building and can protect the railing. The capping panel according to the present invention and the capping device using the same can prevent rainwater and foreign substances from flowing into the railing so as to prevent the railing from being contaminated or deteriorating in waterproof performance, and the capping panel is installed and fixed by a clip method, so that the problem of waterproofing destruction of the capping panel itself is eliminated and the construction is easy and quick.
본 발명은 두겁패널 및 이를 이용한 두겁장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 건물 옥상의 난간부에 설치되어 난간부를 보호할 수 있는 두겁패널 및 이를 이용한 두겁장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 두겁패널 및 이를 이용한 두겁장치는 빗물 및 이물질이 난간부 측으로 유입되는 것을 차단함으로써 난간부가 오염되거나 방수성능이 저하되는 것을 방지할 수 있고, 두겁패널을 클립 방식으로 설치 및 고정함으로써 두겁패널 자체의 방수 파괴 문제가 없고 시공을 용이하고 신속하게 할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
