Fixing apparatus for water proof concrete mold
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a waterproof concrete mold installed for forming waterproof concrete installed at bathrooms or verandas, which may facilitate work for fixing a waterproof concrete mold and facilitate the release of the mold after the concrete is hardened. The apparatus for fixing a waterproof concrete mold comprises: a support (100) which is formed with a support plate (120) having an upper part formed with a fixing hole coupling part (110) and having a lower part with a fixing protrusion part (130) for allowing a slab mold to be penetrated and fixed to the slab mold in a state of being seated on the slab mold; and a fixing hole (200) which is inserted and coupled to the fixing hole coupling part (110) to fix the support (100) to the waterproof concrete mold (1). The fixing hole coupling part (110) comprises: an insertion part (111) which protrudes at a certain length in the center of an upper part of the support (100); and one or more hooking means (112) which are formed to protrude from the outer circumference surface of the insertion part (111). The fixing hole (200) comprises: a fixing pipe (210) which is formed to be hollow to enable the insertion part (111) to be inserted therein; and a fastening means (220) which is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fixing pipe to be hooked and fastened to the hooking means (112).
본 발명은 욕실이나 베란다 등에 설치되는 방수턱을 형성하기 위해 설치되는 방수턱 거푸집을 고정하기 위한 것으로, 방수턱 거푸집의 고정작업이 용이함은 물론 콘크리트의 경화 후 거푸집의 해체가 용이한 방수턱 거푸집 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 상부에 고정구 결합부(110)가 형성되고, 하부에는 슬라브 거푸집에 안착된 상태에서 슬라브 거푸집을 관통하여 슬라브 거푸집에 고정되도록 고정돌기부(130)를 갖는 받침판(120)이 형성된 지주대(100); 상기 고정구 결합부(110)에 끼움결합되어 지주대(100)를 방수턱 거푸집(1)에 고정시키는 고정구(200);로 이루어지고, 상기 고정구 결합부(110)는, 상기 지주대(100)의 상부 중앙에 일정 길이로 돌출된 삽입부(111)와, 상기 삽입부(111)의 외주면에 하나 이상 돌출 형성된 걸림수단(112)으로 구성되고, 상기 고정구(200)는, 상기 삽입부(111)가 내부로 끼워지도록 중공되게 형성된 고정관(210)과, 상기 내주면에 상기 걸림수단(112)에 걸려 결속되도록 형성된 결속수단(220)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
