Currently, a memorial facility for people and companion animals is a representative unpleasant facility, causing excessive land use and environmental destruction. In addition, an objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of social disruption and regional conflicts due to a "NIMBY" phenomenon caused by the expansion of public memorial facilities while the number of companion animals geometrically increases and memorial facilities therefor variously increase, which are also unpleasant facilities.
