Method for manufacturing wood louver coated with nano lacquer wood louver manufactured through the same and nano-lacquer solution mixing apparatus
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a wooden louver coated with nano-lacquer, and a wooden louver manufactured thereby and a nano-lacquer solution mixing device. More specifically, according to the present invention, by applying nano-lacquer to a surface of a wooden louver, color glossiness, transparency, and strength of the lacquer layer are increased to utilize an original texture and aesthetic elements of the wood, and by securing an antibacterial function, the wooden louver is hygienic. By increasing the moisture blocking ability, deformation and decay are prevented, and the flame retardancy is strengthened. Accordingly, the wooden louver is fire-resistant and does not emit harmful chemicals to be beneficial for improving indoor air quality. The method for manufacturing a wooden louver coated with nano-lacquer comprises: a molding step of forming a wooden louver shape; a flame retardant treatment step; a coating step of forming a lacquer layer; and a step of maturing a nano-lacquer coated wooden louver at low temperature.
본 발명은 나노옻칠을 도포한 목재 루버 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 목재 루버와 나노옻칠액 혼합장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 목재 루버의 표면에 나노옻칠하여 색상의 광택도, 투명도, 옻칠층의 강도를 높임으로써 목재 본연의 질감과 심미적 요소를 그대로 활용하면서 항균기능을 확보하여 위생적일 뿐만 아니라, 수분 차단 능력을 증대시켜 변형 및 부패를 막고 방염성을 강화시켜 화재에 강하며, 유해화학물질 방출이 없어 실내 공기질 개선에 유익하도록 개선된 나노옻칠을 도포한 목재 루버 제조방법 및 이를 통해 제조된 목재 루버와 나노옻칠액 혼합장치에 관한 것이다.
