Disclosed is a technical field related to window and door with an excellent drainage and insulation performance. The window and door with the excellent drainage and insulation performance of the present invention comprises: a windowsill frame fixed to a building; and a window frame which is moved or supported at a certain location of the windowsill frame. To explain in more detail, the inside surface of a body frame of the windowsill frame slopes outward as the same moves toward the outside direction, allowing smooth drainage. A groove into which a mohair portion of the window frame is embedded is formed in a rail frame of the windowsill frame, thereby improving airtightness between the windowsill frame and the window frame.
본 발명은 건물에 고정되는 창문틀프레임과, 상기 창문틀프레임의 일정 위치에서 이동 또는 지지되는 창문프레임으로 구성되는 창호에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 창문틀프레임의 몸체 프레임의 내측면을 외부방향으로 갈수록 외측방향으로 기울어지도록 하여 배수가 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하고, 창문틀프레임의 레일 프레임에 창문프레임의 모헤어 일부가 내입되는 요홈을 형성하여 창문틀프레임과 창문프레임 간의 기밀성이 향상되도록하여 배수 및 단열 성능이 우수한 창호에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다.
