The present invention relates to a leaf spring-type elastic body for a seismic isolator, a roof structure including the same, and a solar panel roof including the same. A seismic isolator includes a lower panel, a support unit, an elastic unit, a supporting unit, a connection unit, and a heat bridge prevention member. The support unit includes: a support mounting unit mounted on the upper side of the lower panel; a support extension unit extending from each of both sides of the support mounting unit; and a support accommodation unit installed at an end of the support extension unit and having an accommodation space therein to accommodate an end of the elastic unit. The elastic unit includes: an elastic insertion unit inserted and connected to the support accommodation unit; an elastic extension unit extending to be curved from the elastic insertion unit and far from the support accommodation unit; an elastic mounting unit connected to the elastic extension unit, wherein the connection unit is mounted on the elastic mounting unit; and an elastic fillet unit installed to be round at an end of the elastic insertion unit and an end of the elastic extension unit to be easily connected to the support accommodation unit. Accordingly, installation convenience can be improved, and a connection force and a fixing force can be maximized.
면진장치는 하부패널, 지지부, 탄성부, 받침부, 연결부 및 열교차단재를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 지지부는 상기 하부패널의 상측에 안착되는 지지안착부, 상기 지지안착부의 양측부 각각에서 연장되는 지지연장부 및 상기 지지연장부의 단부에 구비되며, 상기 탄성부의 단부가 수용되도록 내측에 수용공간이 형성되는 지지수용부를 포함하고, 상기 탄성부는 상기 지지수용부에 삽입결합되는 탄성삽입부, 상기 탄성삽입부에서 상기 지지수용부와 멀어지며 굴곡지게 연장되는 탄성연장부 및 상기 탄성연장부와 연결되며, 상기 연결부가 안착되는 탄성안착부를 포함하며, 상기 탄성부는 상기 지지수용부와 결합이 용이하도록 상기 탄성삽입부의 단부와 상기 탄성연장부의 단부에 라운드지게 구비되는 탄성필렛부를 더 포함할 수 있다. 이로써, 설치 편의성이 향상될 수 있고, 결합력 및 고정력을 극대화할 수 있다.
