Slat for light collecting louver and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a slat for a condensing light louver and a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the slat for the condensing light louver according to the present invention comprises: an aluminum alloy surface processing step of increasing surface roughness of the adhesive surface of an aluminum alloy plate containing magnesium (Mg) and manganese (Mn) as main additives; and a step of pressing a pure aluminum thin film on the adhesive surface of the aluminum alloy plate in a temperature range of 120 to 230 degrees Celsius. Provided are the slat for the condensing light including aluminum which can maintain mechanical strength while maximizing reflective performance, and the manufacturing method thereof.
본 발명에 따른 집광채광 루버용 슬랫 제조방법은 마그네슘(Mg) 및 망간(Mn)을 주첨가 성분으로 하는 알루미늄 합금판의 접착면의 표면거칠기를 증가시키는 알루미늄 합금 표면가공 단계; 및 섭씨 120도 내지 230도의 온도 구간에서 상기 알루미늄 합금판의 접착면에 퓨어(pure) 알루미늄 박막을 압착하는 단계;를 포함한다. 본 발명은 반사성능을 최대화하면서도 기계적 강도를 유지할 수 있는 알루미늄을 포함하는 집광채광용 슬랫과 그 제조방법을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a slat for a condensing light louver and a manufacturing method thereof.
