The present invention provides a polyolefin-based resin foamed sheet comprising a polyolefin-based resin, having a plurality of independent bubbles and dispersed with mineral particles, in the gap between a pair of rolls having different main speeds and rotating so that their rotation directions in opposite planes are in the same direction as each other, providing a method for producing a polyolefin-based shock absorbing pad for artificial turf, characterized in that the method comprises: applying a compressive force and a shear stress to said polyolefin-based resin foam sheet simultaneously, thereby rupturing a portion of the independent bubbles of the polyolefin-based resin foam sheet and interconnecting the independent bubbles into continuous bubbles.
본 발명은 서로 다른 주속도를 가지면서 대향면에서의 회전 방향이 서로 동일 방향이 되도록 회전하는 한 쌍의 롤 사이의 간극에, 폴리올레핀계 수지를 포함하면서 다수의 독립 기포를 갖으며 무기물 입자가 분산된 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트를 공급하고, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트에 압축력과 전단 응력을 동시에 가함으로써, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지 발포 시트의 독립 기포의 일부를 파열시키고 독립 기포끼리를 연통시켜서 연속 기포로 하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 인조잔디용 충격흡수패드의 제조방법을 제공한다.
