Gearless typed tailgate latch
A tailgate latch according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a housing formed with a predetermined area where an overall exterior is formed and operating parts are combined; a pole rotatably coupled to the housing to form an operating end; an electric motor located on one side of the housing to generate power to operate the tailgate latch; a belt wound around an operating shaft of the electric motor at one side thereof and having a coupling member formed on the other side; a pole lever disposed at a position in contact with one side of the operating end of the pole; and a catch lever formed in a rotatable form in which the housing and a rotation shaft are connected and contacting one side of the pole. Embodiments of the present invention is to provide the tailgate latch that is manufactured as a gearless type to reduce the number of parts and improve the problems of jamming and damage to gears.
본 발명의 일측면에 따른 테일게이트 래치에 있어서, 전체외관이 형성되고 작동부품이 결합되는 소정면적으로 형성되는 하우징; 상기 하우징과 회전가능한 형태로 결합되어 작동단부가 형성되는 폴; 상기 하우징의 일측에 위치되어 상기 테일게이트래치가 동작되는 동력이 발생되는 전동모터; 상기 전동모터의 작동축에 일측이 권취되고 반대편인 타측에는 결합구가 형성되는 벨트; 상기 폴의 상기 작동단부의 일측에 접촉되는 위치에 배치되는 폴레버; 및 상기 하우징과 회동축이 연결되어 회전가능한 형태로 형성되어 상기 폴의 일측에 접촉되는 캐치레버; 를 포함하는 테일게이트 래치가 제공될 수 있다.
