Angle adjustment device for road traffic signs
The present invention relates to an angle adjustment apparatus for a road traffic sign, which is able to, when installing a road traffic sign on an inclined hill or a downwardly sloped road, randomly adjust the angle of the road traffic sign in accordance with the inclination of the road so that drivers can easily recognize and read the road traffic sign even when driving on a hill or a downward slope. According to the present invention, a gear box (3) with a first bevel gear (4) and a rotation handle (5) is installed on a lower end of a pillar (1), so that when the rotation handle (5) is rotated, the first bevel gear (4) operates and converts horizontal force into vertical force through a vertical driving shaft (6). On an upper end of the vertical driving shaft (6), a second bevel gear (7) is engaged, and a rack and a pinion (8) are connected to be engaged with the second bevel gear (7), so that the rotation power of the vertical driving shaft (6) can be transmitted to the second bevel gear (7) and the rack and the pinion (8) and a lower support rod (9) can be tilted to the left or to the right. Therefore, an upper support rod (10) is moved through a rotation shaft unit (11) with a bearing, so that the angle of the road traffic sign (2) can be randomly adjusted.
본 발명은 도로교통 표지판의 각도 조절장치에 관한 것으로, 경사진 언덕이나 내리막 길에 도로표지판을 설치할 경우 도로표지판의 각도를 도로의 경사에 따라 임의로 조절하여 운전자들이 언덕길이나 내리막길을 주행할때에도 표지판을 쉽게 알아 볼 수 있도록 한 것이다. 본 발명은 기둥(1) 하단에 제1베벨기어(4) 및 회전손잡이(5)를 가진 기어박스(3)를 설치하여 회전손잡이(5)를 회전시키면 제1베벨기어(4)가 동작하여 수직구동축(6)을 통해 수평력을 수직력으로 변환하고, 상기 수직구동축(6) 상단에는 제2베벨기어(7)를 결합함과 함께 이 제2베벨기어(7)에 맞물리도록 랙과 피니언(8)을 연결하여 수직구동축(6)의 회전력이 제2베벨기어(7)와 랙과 피니언(8)에 전달되어하부지지봉(9)을 좌 또는 우로 틸팅동작시키므로 베어링을 가진 회전축부(11)를 통해 상부지지봉(10)이 이동하여 도로표지판(2)의 각도를 임의로 조절할 수 있는 것이다.
