The present invention has the effect of preventing soil runoff of street trees by using a fixing member in the shape of a bolt. In addition, the present invention can be used as a street tree support and a street tree rope as well, and thus, it is possible to purchase a single product for use for multiple purposes, thereby providing excellent economical effect. To this end, the present invention comprises: a fixing member with a screw portion provided on the outer diameter. The fixing member is fixed to a first connecting plate by having a second nut on a lower surface and a first nut on an upper surface thereof based on a first through-hole after penetrating the first through-hole of the first connecting plate. A plurality of second through-holes are provided at regular intervals on a side of the first connecting plate so as to be in contact with a third through-hole of a vertical plate. The third through-hole is formed with a second connecting plate having a fourth-through hole formed on the other side thereof. The fixing bolts are sequentially passed through the second through-hole, the third through-hole, and the fourth through-hole, and then fixed by a first washer and a third nut.
본 발명은 장볼트 형상의 고정부재를 이용하여 가로수의 토사 유실을 막을 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 가로수의 지지대와 가로수용 로프도 사용이 가능함에 따라 하나의 제품을 구매하여 다용도로 사용할 수 있어 경제성이 뛰어난 효과가 를 내기 위하여 외경에 나사부가 구비된 고정부재;와 고정부재는 제1결합 플레이트의 제1통공을 관통한 후 제1통공을 기준으로 저면에는 제2너트가 상면에는 제1너트가 고정부재에 거치되어 제1결합 플레이트에 고정되며, 제1결합 플레이트 측면에는 일정한 간격으로 다수개의 제2통공이 구비되어 수직플레이트의 제3통공과 면접되며, 제3통공은 타측에 제4통공이 형성된 제2결합플레이트가 형성되며, 상기 제2통공 ,제3통공,제4통공에 고정볼트가 순차적으로 관통된 후 제1와셔와 제3너트에 의하여 고정되는 구조로 이루어져 있다.
