The present invention relates to a screwless marine hatch hinge and, more particularly, to a marine hatch hinge having a simple structure by installing fixing pins at both ends of a hinge pin and at both ends of a stopper supporting an elastic member and eliminating screw connections such as bolts and nuts in the hinge, thereby minimizing rust occurring in screw threads. The screwless marine hatch hinge comprises: a coaming hinge part (10) provided on the upper surface of a hatch frame and having a first through hole (11) formed on one surface; a cover hinge part (20) provided on the upper surface of a hatch cover for opening and closing the hatch frame and having a second through hole (21) formed parallel to the first through hole (11) on one surface; a hinge pin (30) axially coupled so that the cover hinge part (20) rotates about the coaming hinge part (10) by passing through the first through hole (11) and the second through hole (21) sequentially and having a first fixing pin (32) provided at both ends; and an elastic part (40) in a form wound around the hinge pin (30) and having a center part formed with a base (41) supporting one side of the coaming hinge part (10) and both ends bent at a predetermined angle to form a support (42) supporting the cover hinge part (20), thereby rotating the cover hinge part (20) upward with elastic force.
본 발명은 나사가 없는 선박용 해치 힌지에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 힌지핀의 양단과, 탄성부를 지지하는 스토퍼의 양단에 고정핀을 설치하여 힌지에 볼트 너트 등의 나사결합을 제외함으로써 간단한 구조로 힌지를 구성하고, 나사산에서 발생하는 녹을 최소화하는 선박용 해치 힌지에 관한 것이다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 나사 없는 선박용 해치 힌지는 해치틀 상면에 구비되며, 일면에 제1 관통홀(11)이 형성되는 코밍힌지부(10); 상기 해치틀을 개폐하는 해치커버의 상면에 구비되며, 일면에 상기 제1 관통홀(11)과 나란하게 제2 관통홀(21)이 형성되는 커버힌지부(20); 상기 제1 관통홀(11)과 상기 제2 관통홀(21)을 순차적으로 통과하여 상기 코밍힌지부(10)에 상기 커버힌지부(20)가 회동하도록 축 결합되고, 양단부에 제1 고정핀(32)이 구비되는 힌지핀(30); 및 상기 힌지핀(30)에 감겨진 형태로, 중심부는 상기 코밍힌지부(10) 일측을 지지하는 받침대(41)가 형성되고, 양단부는 소정의 각도로 절곡되어 상기 커버힌지부(20)를 지지하는 지지대(42)가 형성됨으로써 탄성력으로 상기 커버힌지부(20)를 상부 방향으로 회동시키는 탄성부(40);를 포함한다.
