ADJUSTING DEVICE OF PRECAST PANEL IN RAILROAD PRECAST SLAB TRACK
The present invention relates to a precast panel position adjustment apparatus for a railroad precast slab track, which is able to easily press a precast panel by displaying a great pressing force just by a simple operation by using the principle of a lever from an outer side of the precast panel, and prevent the precast panel elevated by injection of a filling material from being damaged. To this end, according to the present invention, the precast panel position adjustment apparatus for a railroad precast slab track comprises: a lower frame apart from a precast panel and installed to be fixed on a concrete base layer; a vertical frame vertically extended from the lower frame towards an upper side; a side surface pressing bolt installed on the vertical frame and pressing a side surface of the precast panel to adjust the position; an upper frame installed to cross the vertical frame on an upper side of the vertical frame; a pressing frame rotatably engaged with the upper frame to be rotatable towards the precast panel through a hinge shaft, and having one side end protruding towards the precast panel and pressing an upper surface of the precast panel; and an upper pressing bolt installed on the other side end of the pressing frame and supported by the upper frame to have a height adjusted on the pressing frame, thereby allowing the pressing frame to be rotated so that the precast panel is pressed towards a lower side to prevent the precast panel from being lifted.
본 발명은 철도의 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도의 프리캐스트 패널 위치조정 장치에 관한 것으로, 프리캐스트 패널의 외측에서 지렛대의 원리를 이용하여 간단한 조작만으로도 강한 가압력을 발휘하여 프리캐스트 패널을 용이하게 가압할 수 있도록 하고, 충전재 주입에 의해 부상되는 프리캐스트 패널의 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 철도의 프리캐스트 슬래브 궤도의 프리캐스트 패널 위치조정 장치를 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 프리캐스트 패널과 이격되어 콘크리트 기층에 고정되도록 설치되는 하부프레임; 상기 하부프레임에서 상부방향을 향해 수직하게 연장되는 수직프레임; 상기 수직프레임에 설치되고 상기 프리캐스트 패널의 측면을 가압하여 위치를 조절해는 측면가압볼트; 상기 수직프레임의 상부에서 수직프레임과 교차되도록 설치되는 상부프레임; 상기 상부프레임에 힌지축을 통해 프리캐스트 패널 방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합되되, 일측단이 프리캐스트 패널 방향으로 돌출되고 돌출된 일측단이 프리캐스트 패널의 상부면을 가압해주는 가압프레임; 상기 가압프레임의 타측단에 설치되고 상기 상부프레임에 지지되어 가압프레임 상에서 높이가 조절됨으로써 상기 가압프레임이 회전되도록 하여 프리캐스트 패널을 하부방향으로 가압하도록 하여 들뜨지 않도록 하는 상부가압볼트;를 포함하여 구성된 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
