Floor panel structure for reducing noise between floors
The present invention relates to a floor material structure for reducing noise between floors, which comprises: a porous substrate (10) having a porous unit (45) by being made of wood powder, phenolic resin, glass fiber, and calcium carbonate as main materials; a smoothly planed board material (20) made of melamine resin, nitrocellulose, phenolic resin, and glass fiber as main materials, and coming in close contact with an upper side of the porous substrate (10); a cushioning pad (30) made of buffering pads with the porous unit (45), and coming in close contact with a lower side of the porous substrate (10); and an adhesive (40) maintaining the close contact between the porous substrate (10), the smoothly planed board (20), and the cushioning pad (30). Therefore, the present invention is able to reduce noise transmitted between floors in a complex building, maintain the functionality and durability of a floor, economically improve soundproofing performance, and guarantee the effectiveness of forming a pleasant environment.
본 발명은 층간소음을 완화하기 위한 바닥재 구조에 있어서: 목분, 페놀수지, 유리섬유, 탄산칼슘을 주재로 형성되어 기공부(45)를 구비하는 다공기재(10); 멜라민수지, 니트로셀룰로오스, 페놀수지, 유리섬유를 주재로 형성되어 상기 다공기재(10)의 상측에 밀착되는 화장판재(20); 기공부(45)를 갖춘 완충성의 패드류로 형성되어 상기 다공기재(10)의 하측에 밀착되는 완충패드(30); 및 상기 다공기재(10), 화장판재(20), 완충패드(30) 사이의 밀착력을 유지하는 접착제(40);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 집합건물에서 층간으로 전달되는 소음을 축소함에 마루의 기능성과 더불어 내구성을 유지하면서 경제적으로 방음 성능을 높이도록 구성하여 쾌적한 환경 조성의 실효성을 보장하는 효과가 있다.
