CERAMIC ATOMIZER FOR AEROSOL-GENERATING DEVICE WITH POROUS METAL HEATING ELEMENT
The present invention relates to a ceramic atomizer for an aerosol generating device including a porous metal heat source, and more specifically to a ceramic atomizer in which a heat source is formed of a porous metal to perform various functions such as preventing leakage, heating, and forming a smoke passage. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the ceramic atomizer for an aerosol generating device comprises: a ceramic absorbent formed of a ceramic material for absorbing a liquid; and a heat source formed on one side of the ceramic absorbent to heat the absorbed liquid and generate an aerosol, wherein the heat source is formed of a porous metal material. Accordingly, the heat source can be easily formed on the ceramic absorbent to perform various functions such as preventing leakage, heating, and forming a smoke passage.
실시예들은 다공성 금속 열원을 포함하는 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는, 열원을 다공성 금속으로 구성하여 누액 방지와, 가열, 연무 통로 등의 다양한 역할을 수행하도록 하는 세라믹 무화기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 어느 실시예의 에어로졸 발생 장치용 세라믹 무화기는, 액상을 흡수하기 위한, 세라믹 재질로 형성되는 세라믹 흡습체 및 흡수된 액상을 가열하여 에어로졸을 발생시키기 위한, 세라믹 흡습체의 일측에 형성되는 열원을 포함하고, 열원은 다공성 금속 재질로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
