The present invention relates to a heat dissipation sheet comprising expanded graphite and boron nitride coated with a binder and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the heat dissipation sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a heat dissipation layer comprising binder-coated expanded graphite and binder-coated boron nitride; and first and second base films disposed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the heat dissipation layer, wherein a content of the binder is minimized and thus having excellent thermal conductivity and flexibility.
본 발명은 바인더가 코팅된 팽창 흑연 및 질화 붕소를 포함하는 방열시트 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 방열시트는 바인더가 코팅된 팽창흑연 및 바인더가 코팅된 질화붕소를 포함하는 방열층; 및 상기 방열층의 상면 및 하면에 배치되는 제1 및 제2 베이스 필름을 포함하며, 바인더의 함량이 최소화되어 열 전도도 및 유연성이 우수하다.
