The present invention relates to a coupling structure of horizontal and vertical frames of a door frame, which can prevent a gap between horizontal and vertical frames due to a separation space, comprising: a horizontal frame having front and rear plates and a coupling groove; a vertical frame having front and rear plates and a middle plate; a separation preventing member having a horizontal fitting unit and a coupling groove; and a coupling means.
본 발명은 손잡이가 결합되는 유리문짝구조에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 결합구조는, 전면에 위치하는 전면판, 상기 전면판과 이격져서 후면에 위치하는 후면판, 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판의 상단면에 위치하는 상면판, 상기 상면판과 이격져서 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 연결하는 중간판, 상기 중간판의 일면에 위치하는 결합홈을 구비하는 가로프레임; 상기 가로프레임의 일단에 세로로 위치하며, 전면에 위치하는 전면판, 상기 전면판과 이격져서 후면에 위치하는 후면판, 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판의 측면에 위치하고 일측에 구멍을 가지는 측면판, 상기 측면판과 이격져서 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 연결하고 일측에 결합구멍을 가지는 중간판, 상기 전면판의 선단과 상기 중간판 사이의 공간에 형성되는 전면방풍홈, 상기 후면판의 선단과 상기 중간판 사이의 공간에 형성되는 후면방풍홈을 구비하는 세로프레임; 상기 가로프레임의 상기 상면판과 상기 중간판 사이에 끼워지는 가로끼움부, 상기 세로프레임의 상기 전면방풍홈과 상기 후면방풍홈 사이에 끼워지는 세로끼움부, 상기 가로프레임의 상기 결합홈과 정렬되는 결합홈을 구비하는 들뜸방지부재; 및 상기 가로프레임의 결합홈과 상기 들뜸방지부재의 결합홈과 상기 세로프레임의 결합구멍에 체결되어, 상기 가로프레임과 상기 들뜸방지부재 및 상기 세로프레임을 결합하는 결합수단;을 구비하며, 세로프레임에 모헤어를 끼우기 위해 세로프레임의 전면판에 전면방풍홈을 형성하고 후면판에 후면방풍홈을 형성하여, 문짝이 폐쇄되었을 때 문짝과 세로프레임 사이가 방풍되도록 문짝이 전면방풍홈과 후면방풍홈의 사이에 위치하는 이격공간이 형성되었을 때, 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 결합하여도 이격공간에 의해 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 사이가 벌어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

본 발명은 손잡이가 결합되는 유리문짝구조에 관한 것으로, 문틀의 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 결합구조는, 전면에 위치하는 전면판, 상기 전면판과 이격져서 후면에 위치하는 후면판, 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판의 상단면에 위치하는 상면판, 상기 상면판과 이격져서 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 연결하는 중간판, 상기 중간판의 일면에 위치하는 결합홈을 구비하는 가로프레임; 상기 가로프레임의 일단에 세로로 위치하며, 전면에 위치하는 전면판, 상기 전면판과 이격져서 후면에 위치하는 후면판, 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판의 측면에 위치하고 일측에 구멍을 가지는 측면판, 상기 측면판과 이격져서 상기 전면판과 상기 후면판을 연결하고 일측에 결합구멍을 가지는 중간판, 상기 전면판의 선단과 상기 중간판 사이의 공간에 형성되는 전면방풍홈, 상기 후면판의 선단과 상기 중간판 사이의 공간에 형성되는 후면방풍홈을 구비하는 세로프레임; 상기 가로프레임의 상기 상면판과 상기 중간판 사이에 끼워지는 가로끼움부, 상기 세로프레임의 상기 전면방풍홈과 상기 후면방풍홈 사이에 끼워지는 세로끼움부, 상기 가로프레임의 상기 결합홈과 정렬되는 결합홈을 구비하는 들뜸방지부재; 및 상기 가로프레임의 결합홈과 상기 들뜸방지부재의 결합홈과 상기 세로프레임의 결합구멍에 체결되어, 상기 가로프레임과 상기 들뜸방지부재 및 상기 세로프레임을 결합하는 결합수단;을 구비하며, 세로프레임에 모헤어를 끼우기 위해 세로프레임의 전면판에 전면방풍홈을 형성하고 후면판에 후면방풍홈을 형성하여, 문짝이 폐쇄되었을 때 문짝과 세로프레임 사이가 방풍되도록 문짝이 전면방풍홈과 후면방풍홈의 사이에 위치하는 이격공간이 형성되었을 때, 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 결합하여도 이격공간에 의해 가로프레임과 세로프레임의 사이가 벌어지는 것을 방지할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
