Unit combined modular structure for rooftop
The present invention relates to a unit combination type modular structure for a rooftop, capable of constructing a rooftop structure of various planes using minimum sizes and minimum numbers of modular units by forming various shapes of the rooftop structure by combining multiple modular units according to arrangement of an elevator cage and a staircase, the number of elevators, and the like. According to the present invention, the unit combination type modular structure for a rooftop is to construct a rooftop structure installed in the upper part of the elevator cage and the staircase of a core unit in an apartment building. The unit combination type modular structure for a rooftop comprises: a lower modular unit installed in the upper part of a frame of the elevator cage and the staircase of the lower part, and including a first space unit connected to the staircase and a second space unit connected to the elevator cage; an upper modular unit installed at the position of the second space unit in the upper part of the lower modular unit, and including a third space unit in which one side is expanded more than the second space unit; and an outer stair installed on the outside of the lower modular unit and connected to the upper modular unit.
본 발명은 엘리베이터실과 계단실의 배치, 엘리베이터의 대수 등에 따라 복수의 모듈러유닛을 조합하여 다양한 형상의 옥탑 구조물을 구성함으로써, 최소한의 규격과 개수의 모듈러유닛으로 다양한 평면의 옥탑 구조물을 시공할 수 있는 유닛 조합형 옥탑 모듈러 구조에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 공동주택에서 코어부의 계단실과 엘리베이터실 상부에 설치되는 옥탑 구조물을 시공하기 위한 것으로, 하부의 계단실과 엘리베이터실 골조 상부에 설치되어 내부에 계단실과 연통되는 제1공간부와 엘리베이터실과 연통되는 제2공간부가 구비되는 하부모듈러유닛; 상기 하부모듈러유닛 상부의 제2공간부 위치에 설치되어 내부에 상기 제2공간부보다 일측이 확대된 제3공간부가 구비되는 상부모듈러유닛; 및 상기 하부모듈러유닛의 외측에 구비되어 상부모듈러유닛으로 연결되는 외부 계단; 으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
