The present invention relates to a total heat exchange device which applies a structure in which the number of total heat exchangers is selected and stacked according to the size of the indoor space, so that the overall size of the device can be selected according to the size of the indoor space. According to the present invention, the total heat exchanger is installed between the window frame and a window sill, and can be installed by stacking an appropriate number of total heat exchangers vertically depending on the size of the indoor space at the installation location. Each total heat exchanger is equipped with a heat exchange element (heating element) inside, and the heat exchanger element is installed inclined at a predetermined angle toward the rear.
