Floor structure for preventing noise between floors
The present invention relates to a dry floor structure for preventing noise between floors and, more specifically, to a dry floor structure for preventing noise between floors and a construction method therefor, which may greatly reduce a construction period by manufacturing a concrete plate in advance and then installing a noise-between-floors prevention panel and the concrete panel on a slab floor. The dry floor structure for preventing noise between floors comprises: a plurality of noise-between-floors prevention panels which are made of a rectangular plate shape assembled by continuously coming in close contact with the slab floor in all directions, have an upper surface with a plurality of protruding stiffeners forming divided spaces, and are provided with a plurality of cylinders penetrated upward and downward; sand which is filled in the space formed by the stiffener of the panel; a vibration-proof rubber which is inserted to be fitted to the lower part of the cylinder of the noise-between-floors prevention panel and then comes in close contact with the slab floor; an insulation material which is installed to come in close contact with the lower part of the noise-between-floors prevention panel; and a concrete plate which is made of a rectangular plate shape installed to continuously come in close contact with the upper part of the noise-between-floors prevention panel.
본 발명은 층간소음방지용 건식 바닥구조에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 판을 미리 제조하고 현장에서 슬라브 바닥 위에 층간소음방지 패널과 콘크리트 판을 설치함으로써 공기를 대폭 단축시킬 수 있는 층간소음방지용 건식 바닥구조 및 그 시공방법에 대한 것이다. 층간소음방지용 건식 바닥구조는, 슬라브 바닥에 사방으로 연속 밀착되며 조립되는 사각의 판 형상으로 이루어지며, 상면에는 다수의 보강살이 돌출 형성되어 구획된 공간을 형성하고, 상하 관통된 실린더가 다수 구비된 층간소음방지 패널; 패널의 보강살에 의해 형성된 공간에 채워지는 모래; 층간소음방지 패널의 실린더 하부에 삽입되어 끼워짐으로써 슬라브 바닥과 밀착되는 방진고무; 층간소음방지 패널의 하부에 밀착 설치되는 단열재; 층간소음방지 패널의 상부에 사방으로 연속 밀착되며 설치되는 사각의 판 형상으로 이루어진 콘크리트 판; 을 포함한다.
