The present invention relates to a novel method for preparing granulated spherical graphite, granulated spherical graphite prepared using the same, and a secondary battery comprising the same as an anode active material and, specifically, to: a novel method for preparing granulated spherical graphite by using natural graphite to prepare granulated spherical graphite with a small specific surface area for excellent initial efficiency and remarkably efficient high output for a secondary battery; granulated spherical graphite prepared using the same; and a secondary battery comprising the same as an anode active material.
