Door Apparatus of Injection Molding Machine
The present invention relates to a door device for an injection molding machine, which comprises: a door frame forming a receiving space for accommodating an injection molding machine; an upper door coupled to the door frame to be movable between an open position where the upper side of the receiving space is opened and a closed position where the upper side of the receiving space is closed; a first side door coupled to the door frame to be movable between an open position where the side of the receiving space is opened and a closed position where the upper side of the receiving space is closed; and a first opening/closing linkage unit interlocking the first side door and the upper door to enable the upper door to be opened together as the first side door is opened. According to the present invention, in the process of separating an injection-molded product from an injection molding machine, a crane is prevented from colliding with the side door.
본 발명은 사출성형기를 수용하는 수용공간을 형성하는 도어프레임; 상기 수용공간의 상측을 개방하는 개방위치와 상기 수용공간의 상측을 폐쇄하는 폐쇄위치 간에 이동 가능하도록 상기 도어프레임에 결합된 상부도어; 상기 수용공간의 측면을 개방하는 개방위치와 상기 수용공간의 상측을 폐쇄하는 폐쇄위치 간에 이동 가능하도록 상기 도어프레임에 결합된 제1측면도어; 및 상기 제1측면도어가 개방됨에 따라 상기 상부도어가 함께 개방되도록 상기 제1측면도어와 상기 상부도어를 연동시키는 제1개폐연동부를 포함하는 사출성형기용 도어장치에 관한 것이다.
