MULTI-DISK CLUTCH DEVICE FOR VEHICLE ACTUATOR
The present invention relates to a multi-disk clutch device for a vehicle actuator, which ensures the transmission of the motor driving force of a door actuator for operating a door lock device such as the charging port opening and closing door of an electric vehicle and can generate relatively high clutch torque, thereby improving the performance of the actuator, has no sense of operation interference and small operation noise, can be made compact, thereby securing space well, and can secure a degree of freedom of design of the clutch torque through the adjustment of a friction component. The multi-disk clutch device for a vehicle actuator comprises: a device housing receiving the driving force of a motor to be rotated; a device shaft provided in the device housing and having one end connected to an external device; a friction force generating module provided in the device housing and configured to transmit the rotational force of the device housing to the device shaft and generate friction force by using a pressing force applied thereto by a pressing force acting means; and the pressing force acting means provided in the device housing and configured to apply a pressing force to the friction force generating module so that friction force is generated.
본 발명은 전기차량의 충전포트 개폐도어 등의 도어 로크기구를 동작시키기 위한 도어 액추에이터의 모터 구동력 전달을 확실하게 하고, 상대적으로 큰 클러치 토크를 발생시킬 수 있어 액추에이터 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 작동 걸림감이 없고 작동 소음이 작으며, 컴팩트하게 구성할 수 있어 공간확보가 우수하고, 마찰 구성부의 조정을 통해 클러치 토크의 설계 자유도를 확보할 수 있는, 차량 액추에이터용 멀티디스크 클러치 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 모터의 구동력을 전달받아 회전하는 장치 하우징; 상기 장치 하우징에 구비되며, 일단부가 외부 기구물에 연결되는 장치 샤프트; 상기 장치 하우징에 구비되어 상기 장치 하우징의 회전력을 상기 장치 샤프트로 전달하고, 하기 가압력 작용 수단에 의해 인가되는 가압력으로 마찰력을 발생하도록 구성되는 마찰력 발생 모듈; 및 상기 장치 하우징에 구비되며, 상기 마찰력 발생 모듈에 마찰력이 발생하도록 가압력을 인가하도록 구성되는 가압력 작용 수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 액추에이터용 멀티디스크 클러치 장치가 제공된다.
