Modular furniture with hinged structure of drop-down door
The present invention relates to modular furniture with a hinged structure of a drop-down door comprising: a base fixing link fixed to the inside of a case body; a diffraction link hinged to the base fixing link so as to be diffracted; a position-moving link connected to the diffraction link and moving in position while interlocked with the diffraction of the diffraction link; a spring connected to the base fixing link and connected to elastically support an end of the position-moving link; a gas cylinder fixed to a point on the inside of the case body that makes contact with the end of the diffraction link to absorb impact force when a door is closed; and a door fixing bracket connected to the end of the position-moving link and connected to the inside of the door. In system modular type furniture materials that adopt a drop-down type door when opening a door applied to system furniture, the load generated during the opening and closing process of the drop-down door can be sufficiently withstood, while preventing the failure or damage of the hinge structure due to frequent opening and closing, thereby significantly extending the service life of the parts. Impact noises that may occur during the door closing process can be completely blocked. Even during the door opening process, if the diffraction link diffracts at a certain angle or more, the spring's elastic force is offset, preventing the door from automatically closing against the user's will. This allows the user to store or take out items in furniture while the door is open stably.
본 발명은, 케이스함체 내측에 고정되는 베이스고정링크; 상기 베이스고정링크에서 회절 가능하도록 힌지 결합되는 회절링크; 상기 회절링크와 연결되어 회절링크의 회절과 연동되며 위치 이동되는 위치이동링크; 상기 베이스고정링크와 연결되며 상기 위치이동링크 단부를 탄성 지지하도록 연결되는 스프링; 도어의 닫힘 작용시 충격력을 흡수하도록 상기 케이스함체 내측면에 상기 회절링크 단부와 접촉 단락되는 지점에 고정되는 가스실린더; 상기 위치이동링크의 단부와 결합되며 상기 도어 내측면과 연결되는 도어고정브라켓; 으로 이루어져, 시스템 가구에 적용되는 도어의 개방시 드롭 다운 방식의 도어를 채택하는 시스템 모듈타입 가구재에서 드롭 다운 도어의 개폐 과정에서 발생되는 하중을 충분히 견딜 수 있으면서도 잦은 개폐에 의한 경첩 구조의 고장이나 훼손발생을 방지하여 부품의 사용 수명을 현저히 연장할 수 있는 효과와, 도어 닫힘 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 충격 소음등을 완전히 차단할 수 있는 효과는 물론, 도어의 개방 과정에서도 스프링에 의해 탄지되더라도 회절링크가 일정각 이상으로 회절하게 되면 스프링의 탄지력을 상쇄하여 도어가 자동으로 사용자의 의사에 반하여 닫혀지는 현상을 방지할 수 있어 안정적인 도어 개방 상태에서 가구재에 수납물품 등을 수납하거나 또는 꺼낼 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있는, 드롭다운 도어의 경첩 구조를 갖는 모듈타입 가구재에 관한 것이다.
