Branch pipe liner and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a branch pipe lining material used for recovering branch pipes branching from a main pipe and a method of manufacturing the branch pipe lining material. The branch pipe lining material, which is tubular and inserted into a branch pipe through a branch pipe opening of a main pipe, comprises: a tubular resin-absorbent material which can be impregnated with a hardening resin and has a plurality of separated pieces split at the tip thereof in a petal shape by being bent outward at one end thereof; a curved first brim made of thermoplastic resin material, and having an opening, into the center of which the tubular resin-absorbent material is inserted, and a ring-shaped concave part, which is provided on the outer circumference of the opening and on which the separated pieces are arranged; and a second brim made of thermoplastic resin material, and having an opening, into the center of which the tubular resin-absorbent material is inserted, and an inner surface curved to be in close contact with the outer surface of the first brim. The second brim is attached to the first brim in a close-fitting state to confine the separated pieces of the tubular resin-absorbent material arranged in the concave part of the first brim, and the first and second brims are bonded to the separated pieces by an adhesive applied to the concave part. Therefore, the branch pipe lining material can be mass-produced in a short time.
본 발명은 본관에서 분기되는 지관을 갱생하기 위해 사용되는 지관 라이닝재 및 해당 지관 라이닝재의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 본관의 지관 개구부를 통해 지관 내에 삽입되는 관 형상의 지관 라이닝재로, 경화성수지를 함침할 수 있고, 일단이 외측으로 뒤집어 꺾여 그 선단부에 꽃잎 형상으로 분리된 분리편이 여러 개 형성되는 관상 수지흡수재와, 중심부에 상기 관상 수지흡수재가 끼워지는 개구부와, 상기 개구부의 외연에 구비되어 상기 분리편이 배치되는 링 형상의 오목부가 형성된 열가소성수지 재질의 만곡된 제1 챙과, 중심부에 상기 관상 수지흡수재가 끼워지는 개구부가 형성되고, 내측면이 상기 제1 챙 외표면과 밀착하도록 만곡된 열가소성수지 재질의 제2 챙을 포함하고, 상기 제2 챙은 상기 제1 챙 오목부에 배치된 관상 수지흡수재의 분리편을 협지하도록, 제1 챙에 밀착 상태로 부착되어 있고, 상기 제1,2 챙이 상기 오목부에 도포되는 접착제에 의해 분리편에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지관 라이닝재를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a branch pipe lining material used for recovering branch pipes branching from a main pipe and a method of manufacturing the branch pipe lining material.
