The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a cloisonné letter board that can be easily operated by non-experts and saves time and cost. The method for manufacturing a cloisonné case includes the steps of: manufacturing a wax model using a wax composition by a 3D printing method; manufacturing a silicone mold using the wax model; pouring paraffin wax into the silicone mold and hardening it to manufacture a plurality of wax models; manufacturing a wax tree; applying a gypsum composition to the wax tree; applying a zircon composition to the wax tree to which the gypsum composition has been applied and naturally drying it; removing the wax tree to manufacture a gypsum mold; manufacturing a steel tree using a steel solution in which stainless steel has been melted; washing the steel tree and separating a plurality of steel products forming the steel tree by a cutting method; coating silver on the separated steel products; applying cloisonné glaze to the steel products coated with silver; and sintering the steel products to which the cloisonné glaze has been applied. By applying the method according to the present invention, wiring work is omitted, the durability of the manufactured case is increased, and even non-experts can easily work on it, saving time and cost.
본 발명은 칠보 문자판 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 방법을 적용하면 유선작업이 생략되고 제조되는 케이스의 내구성도 높아지며, 비전문가도 쉽게 작업할 수 있는 장점이 있어 시간과 비용을 절약할 수 있다.
