Provided is a screw jack-type groove filler, which may support a thumb pile by correcting an error by itself caused by a distortion or vertical gradient generated in the thumb pile of a retaining wall and operate by a screw jack method to enhance the bearing power of the thumb pile. The screw jack-type groove filler according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a groove filler holder which is mounted on a furring strip and is installed to be movable in a longitudinal direction of the furring strip; a screw operation shaft which has both ends having male screw units formed opposite to each other in a certain section, has one end screwed to the groove filler holder through the male screw unit, and has an operation handle for rotation operations; a block holder which has one end screwed to the male screw at the other end of the screw operation shaft and moves forward and backward in a horizontal direction orthogonal to the front surface of the holder according to a rotation operation direction of the screw operation shaft; and a groove filler block which is rotatably coupled to a vertical hinge shaft in a vertical direction at the other end of the block holder to move the horizontal position according to the rotation operation direction of the screw operation shaft, is automatically adjusted and rotated when encountering a distorted thumb pile, and fills a groove generated between the thumb pile and the furring strip when a retaining wall is constructed.
본 발명은 흙막이벽의 엄지말뚝에서 발생된 틀어짐이나 수직 기울기에 따른 오차 보정이 스스로 진행되어 엄지말뚝을 지지할 수 있고, 스크류잭 방식으로 동작하여 엄지말뚝의 지지력을 더욱 증대시킬 수 있도록 한 스크류잭 방식의 홈메우기 뭉치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시 형태에 따른 홈메우기 뭉치는, 띠장에 거치되어 띠장의 길이방향으로 이동가능하도록 설치되는 홈메우기 거치대와; 양단부에 일정 구간 서로 반대방향으로 형성된 수나사부를 갖고, 홈메우기 거치대에 일단이 수나사부로 나사 결합되며, 회전 조작이 이루어질 수 있도록 조작핸들을 갖는 스크류 조작축과; 스크류 조작축의 타단측 수나사부에 일단이 나사 결합되어 스크류 조작축의 회전 조작방향에 따라 거치대의 전면에서 직각방향으로 놓인 수평방향으로 진퇴이동하는 블록 홀더와; 블록 홀더의 타단측 수직방향으로 놓인 수직힌지축에 회전 가능하게 결합되어 스크류 조작축의 회전 조작방향에 따라 수평방향에서의 위치가 이동되고, 틀어진 엄지말뚝을 만났을 때 좌우로 자동 회전조절되며, 흙막이벽의 시공시 엄지말뚝과 띠장간에 발생된 홈을 메움하는 홈메우기 블록;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
